Grandma Macreak is the grand matron of the Kooky Spooky household. She comes with an umbrella which she holds in her left hand. A common defect on carded figures is that her right hand touches the plastic "window" of the card, making a melt mark. This figure is probably my second favorite of the lot.
Here's a close-up of Grandma, so you can read the writing on the package. Notice how it says it glows in the dark and can recharge again and again? Well, I have no idea how they made these, but they sure do glow bright, even 30 years later, and they recharge quickly too!
