Got a handful more rooms written up this past week. Slow progress, yes, but steady progress. You know, I'm falling in love with this particular product more and more each day. It's a true labor of love. Good lord, it's gonna be a nightmare topping it for Ruins of Undermountain IV: Lair of the Mad Mage! I'm truly gonna need a good month-long sabbatical just to outline that level (Level 9), minimum!
When I tell you that Level 9 dwarfs Level 8, and you see the immensity of Level 8, it'll be time to change your underwear, trust me!
How complex is Level 8? Well put it this way - if you print it out, and consider that dead space (solid stone that is the rock around the rooms - see the maps to understand what I mean) is represented by solid black, then the black ink would account for maybe only 10% of the ink used, because it is so highly detailed and crammed with rooms!Tarrax, remind me to send you some more art stuff to work on. I have a handful of new monsters that really need to be worked on.
Why oh why couldn't TSR have released this, and saved me all this work?
