I'm thinking - if I have to pay an artist, why the hell not pay the ORIGINAL artist and make our product TOTALLY faithful to the original right down to the same art?
Hell, it'll be the end of the year before I have to commission the art, and the new job should pay well enough that I'll be able to afford it. It would be a dream come true! I still hold the promise Doirche and I made to print up a copy of this project when it's done - the books, the posters, everything - and print up the cover for the box and glue it together and make a box set to send to Ed Greenwood as a thank you for giving us the best campaign setting and the ultimate dungeon ever published. Gotta make the art good. So I figured, what the hell, why not hire the best Undermountain artist of all time?
