Looking for a product about Tiamat/Takhisis

There was a 2E product, and it's not Monster Mythology or Powers & Pantheons, that had a pretty detailed write up comparing Takhisis (evil dragon goddess from Dragonlance) to Tiamat. Can anyone remember which one it was? I swear I have it, just can't figure out which one it was. It was a pretty interesting essay.

Scratch that. Found it. It was in a general section in Faiths & Avatars. So many reference books!
