RoUM Campaign Guide misprint?

Hey Folks,

I have three copies of the RoUM boxed set. While looking through them I noticed one of the Campaign Guides has the Table Of Contents from the Undermountain Adventures book.

Has anyone else noticed this? Can you please check your books and see?

I'm wondering if this is a rare error or a common misprint.... am I sitting on gold?

That is too freaking cool! I've never seen anything like that. Hell, I'd pay far more for that sort of oddity than a regular version. Not sure what other collectors will think, because many of them hate the Realms anyway, but damn that's cool! I'd hang on to it.
