New registration ban finished!

Ok guys, it looks good! I found an even easier solution that allows me to turn off registration, so all the spammer accounts can fuck off and rot!

If anyone needs to sign up a new account, just email me and I'll push it through manually. But it looks like we won't be seeing any new spam accounts anymore.

I'll tell ya, it is so nice not to have to come and delete dozens of spam accounts per week. Goddamn spammers should be hunted down, castrated, and killed. Not necessarily in that order.
