How was Thanksgiving?

Mine was pretty quiet, which was nice. Pretty quiet here too, lately. What is everyone up to? :)

My last good relative passed away in late mid October, so the holidays are just depressing as hell this year.

I'm sorry to hear that, Hal. I haven't decided whether to spend Xmas with my family or just chill out at my place alone. They're okay and all but I've been working so much that selfishly I'd kind of just like a couple days to veg out and relax.

How are things going otherwise? This place has been pretty quiet lately but of course it comes and goes. Lastly I've been too busy to devote any time to RPGs but things should settle down for me after the holidays.

Thanks Beowulf. Actually, we're moving forward again. Govi joined us as cartographer, and he's currently working on updating the maps while I flesh out what's left of Level 8 and the sub-level. I'm stating to get excited about this project again! :D

Yeah that is good news. I'd love to see a new finished UM box on the shelf. These days I spend a few hours a week at the library; usually downloading something. Property taxes and bills cramp my holidays but otherwise it's quiet in the morning.... Reading encyclopedias on religion.
At the edge of madness, he will show no sadness
Never broken, he'll be back for more
Proven under fire, over trench and wire
No fear of death, he's unshakeable
Forged for the war, he's unbreakable
