Let's talk Minis!

Through our Atlanta Campaign email group, we've starting waxing poetic about miniatures. I figured this would be a good thread to offer tips, show off some work, and compare notes about the awesomeness that is a good miniature. I'll start with some images: Here's a Wyvern that's mostly done (and hop...

I don't think the MC1 and MC2 stuff was meant to be formulaic. I think it was all custom done, with the formula written up later as a guideline afterthought.

If I could find my disks, it's be pretty awesome. I had the whole Giants Module series as well as some others, but of course all that was lost. Could probably find it again though online if I searched, but they seemed kinda medicorely done.

Truth be told, I *REALLY* like the combined play-by-post and live gaming idea. Never seen it done before.

We're starting to look at setting a start date, time, and location for this campaign. Zherbus - would you be interested in a good old-fashioned, old-school UnderMountain dungeon crawl? I'm going to put some feelers out again on the Atlanta thread on Dragonsfoot. So far we have myself as the DM and ...

No rush (especially because I am not sure when I'd be able to get it done), but if you made a subdir /ADnDCampaigns, I should be able to run from there. The only worry is that you have enough access to seperate databases to make that work for re-initializing SMF.

I'm glad to have had the minimal interactions with him that I did. It was good feeling knowing he was still out there fighting the good fight. It's sad, but I feared this was coming soon. God speed, Gary.

The structure and algorithms were pretty much the same, but it was a bit clearer on statistics, especially the THAC0 concept which I think I am the only one on earth that likes it. The big diffs were mainly the peripheral classes, such as bards, monks, assassins, and rangers. In 1E, the bard progres...

I'm well and alive. Last I was really active was right before I moved, and still RPG'ing on a somewhat regular basis. Since moving to GA, my RPG life has dried up. As for ADnDCampaigns, I didn't have any time to do much of anything on the projects I started (and still have). Minstrel/Don should stil...
