Seems like it acts more like a relic then just an enchanted sword. The original set of Forgotten Realms PC games trilogy. The Forgotten Realms set 1 on GOG.com has it.

Harder back in the day as there was no auto mapping for it and you either had to remember the dungeon layout or draw it yourself.

The walkthroughs will probably be the easiest way to convert it into a workable module.
