For some reason the link does not include all of the line and leaves out the last part after the ( sign. first parenthesis It does work if you copy and paste the whole link and it takes you to the Dragonlance page. I tried making it using the URL tag but when I did that it blanked out my whole post.

I recently purchased a complete copy of Chronomancer and it seems like a very good read on how time and magic work. Very good specialist school as it is set off from the others. I had a PDF of it but wanted an actual copy as well as I prefer that over ebook format. I do like the Complete Necromancer...

Wow, and I thought the 4th edition Halls of Undermountain was stupid - this takes the cake for totally destroying what was the best dungeon ever created in Forgotten realms. Just another reason to stay in the older editions of games not just AD&D but I still play the old Advanced Marvel Superher...

I have not used DF in years. It always seemde like a tight club with no more room for new ideas.

While smaller I do more input on boardgamegeek.com for putting out ideas then elsewhere.

Seems like it acts more like a relic then just an enchanted sword. Was it created by the god for the Paladin and therefore has stronger enchantments that stay as it was created not on the prime material plane but within Celestia itself and given down to the gods followers? It would seem that it hold...

It was not the map pack. It was the book and it is not very thick at all. No where near the size of all the Undermountain books together from 2nd edition. It seems they took it all and just did a quick down and dirty version of it. It just does not seem like enough to truly be an accurate representa...

I saw the Undermountain book at my game store and it is so thin. I do not know how they can even call it a true Dungeon crawl and give so little information. It is if someone made a Cliff notes version of all of Undermountain and sold it as the real thing. I have gotten some new players into 2nd edi...

...and of course he is from Southern California. Lots of whiny self pretentious SJW's live in LA. That is one of the reasons I try to stay out of LA as much as possible. I only get close because I work in Anaheim.

Yup, those would be the 4 responses I would expect as well.

Number 2 always bothers me as every hobby has those that cannot stand someone else loving the hobby (RPG, Games. etc) so much that they would dare do a fan expansion or fan fiction.

Never understood that group.

fixed to show group 2

Originals are always best.

Another reason Historians like primary documents rather then lackluster copies.

I could never get into virtual RPGing or over the net games. I miss the full interaction between the players too much. I just got a Spelljammer group together and it has so far been 4 sessions in and I am so glad I stuck with AD&D. I did hear they want to bring it back in 5th but leave out most ...

The original set of Forgotten Realms PC games trilogy. The Forgotten Realms set 1 on GOG.com has it.

Harder back in the day as there was no auto mapping for it and you either had to remember the dungeon layout or draw it yourself.

I have played the Gog games again as I played these through back in the day and I wanted to see if there was a way to bring them to the RPG table and have a live gaming session with a module version of the game. Might have to play through with that automapper and just get a write up myself of it to ...
